Healthy cooking is the art of life. Our ability to think clearly and act positively is the result of our physical and mental health, which is based on the foods we prepare and eat.
Personal Information on Sharon Reese, Owner
I have been a vegetarian for over 30 years. In addition, I have a Culinary Degree and I worked as a professional chef for five years. I have a Bachelors degree in Social Science from Portland State University and a Masters degree in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College. I teach whole foods vegetarian cooking classes at Portland Community College and am volunteer chef instructor for the Oregon Food Bank. I believe that healthy food is essential for a healthy body and mind. It is my goal as an instructor to offer classes that are entertaining as well as informative. Because I want to share my passion about healthy cooking, my classes are easily accessible.
